Refund policy

At Paxi Disc Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to make the process as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility

Most products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

The item has not been thrown, used, or altered.

The product is in like-new condition.

Items sold as final sale, limited-edition bundles, mystery boxes, gift cards, or other non-returnable products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your name and order number

The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Including your order number inside the package will help us process your return more quickly.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, Paxi Disc Golf will provide a prepaid return shipping label or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as Paxi Disc Golf is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Providing the tracking number for your return may allow us to begin processing your refund or exchange before the package is delivered.

Exchanges

If you would like a different disc, weight, color, or another product, we'll gladly process an exchange once your returned item has been received and approved. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to replace the item, issue a refund, or find another solution that best meets your needs.
